Cappy's first Campus Visit of 2008 broke our streak of seeing the home team win when we came to town. The Iowa State Cyclones were up 20-3 against the 15th ranked Kansas Jayhawks at halftime, but the Jayhawks came back to win the came. These Cyclone fans didn't let them from taking advantage of there new Iowa State KickOff.
The Bucky Badger Crew at the November 10th game against #13 ranked Michigan. Of Course the Badgers one, the home teams are now 6-0 when Cappy comes to town.
The Hawknest Tailgaters didn't know it yet, but their Hawkeyes were about to upset Michigan State in double overtime.
Cappy's Bar is happy to entertain opposing team fans, and these Eagles fans were happy to catch a seat on the roving bar in downtown Minneapolis.
I ran into The Hawkstars at Kinnick Stadium on my recent trip to Iowa City. Iowa beat Illinois 10-7; so, now the home teams are 3-0 when deCapper comes to town !!
